Hi Jo
Just to reinforce what everyone else has said, it doesn't seem fair. It seems a lot of responsibility and work for a low salary and a lot to do in less than a full time position. If I were applying for such a post, I would wonder (for example) would I be expected to assign a portion of my annual leave to the closed month.
Seems they want someone to do everything other than clean the toilets (or is that under 'other duties'? ;) )
Jason
