Hello Zoe,
I think we have been using one called Do It, which has resulted in a number of volunteers coming forward.

Subject: Finding Volunteers
Hello,
I'm looking for your ideas for good reliable places to recruit volunteers - e.g. websites, email lists etc.
I'm working currently for an organisation that is volunteer-led, and we're looking for regular volunteers as well as people who support us on events (so more sporadically). Any ideas would be most appreciated.
Best wishes,
Zoe.
