Hi everyone,
Apologies for the slightly tenuous link to heritage, but I know quite of a few of my museum contacts ride bikes/take an interest events with a strong ethos like these, so please forgive me for sharing...
Just raising people's awareness of the Space for Cycling campaign. On Sat 17th May there will be a huge ride in London, and also others in Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield and Newcastle. I am helping organise the Sheffield one.
We're campaigning to make riding a bike accessible to anyone young or old, with the end result of making our towns and cities more pleasant places to live, and giving people (of all ages but especially children and young people) more freedom.
If anyone would like to come on one of the rides, then details are below. I'm happy to provide more info/info not on Facebook - just let me know.
Thank you :-)
