As expanded by others they're in the last volume of later eds., e.g. vol. 10 of Favre's _Editio nova_ (1883-87; reprint, 1937-38), downloadable from Gallica at:

He did, as did also at least some of his successors (you don't specify edition of the _Glossarium mediae et infimae latinitatis_ you're using). For an overview of the work of various contributors over time, see:

"Chartularium Abbat. Miciacensis" appears in the listed sources in the final volume of, respectively, Carpentier's _Glossarium novum_ of 1766 (a supplement to the Du Cange's C17 original) and the nineteenth-century editions by Henschel and Favre. See the Google query here:
