Museum Development Yorkshire is delighted to announce the second Ask the Expert Q & A on-line blog for museums in the Yorkshire and Humberside region.
Our next expert will be Pat Hadley, Wikipedian in Residence at York Museums Trust. Pat will be taking questions on GlamWikis, what they are and how to begin a Glamwiki project on 17 January 2014 from 2-3pm http://www.ymtblog.org.uk/2013/12/19/ask-the-expert-pat-hadley-wikipedian-in-residence-at-york-museums-trust-ymt/! Keep an eye out on twitter too for the hashtag #mdyask.
We have a few more experts lined up for Q & A’s in 2014. Antonia Lovelace, Curator of World Cultures at Leeds Museums and Galleries, will be answering your questions in February and Andy Robertshaw, Military Historian, will be fielding queries in March 2014.
You can post questions before the Q & A session, on our blog pages or you can converse in real time with our experts. You can also use twitter to ask a question using the hashtag #mdyask. Keep an eye on the blog http://www.ymtblog.org.uk/2013/12/19/ask-the-expert/ for dates and times of upcoming live Q & A's.
