Dear Sjors and all,
suppose the coordinates of the particles in the micrographs are
not very exact requiring an offset of, say 10 px for correct alignment
during the 2D run. Will the (improved) coordinates (particle positions)
then be taken over from the star file and used in the 3D run? If so,
could one even reduce the offset in the following 3D run to, say 3 px?
Clearly, this will depend from the data set but is this principally correct?
