Hi Jennie, I remember being advised that there's a cathedral education network (to share practice, resources, etc), but I couldn't find a link to it online. If you have links to your local diocese the education team at the relevant cathedral may be able to advise?
Might also be worth looking at case-studies on the HLF website for projects delivered in places of worship:
http://www.hlf.org.uk/search/Pages/results.aspx?kw=places%20of%20worship+hlftype:%22hlf_casestudy%22+hlftype:%22hlf_snapshot%22
GEM conveners, has there been anything specific through the network around heritage education in sites of worship (both historic and active)?
I hope some of this may be useful!
Best wishes,
John

Subject: Using churches and chapels for learning
Dear all,
I am working with the Friends group of an early nineteenth-century town chapel, providing resources for learning to help teachers lead their visits. I would like to include links to useful websites and resources. If you know of any useful organisations, websites or printed materials, particularly those that encourage active investigation of churches, chapels or other places of worship, I would be grateful if you could please let me know.
Thank you in advance
Jennie Fordham
