A you have observed, there are different issues around this, not least from
the visitor experience point-of-view. If possible, I would minimize the use
of slave screens and rather,
put in more than one interactive station, if possible, so that more
visitors can
explore your content! :-)
Standard touchscreens can be attached to small client PC:s nowadays.
Another way to avoid cluttering of the space with screens, is to use
tablets, such as Andorids or iPads, mounted and locked down in "Kiosk" mode.
