19 June - *Understanding Online Audiences: A practical guide to gathering

and are we doing it well? Find out how to be effective in understanding

26 June - *What's That Beastie? Understanding and managing insect pests in
cultural collections*
This is for all those need to tackle pest management in collections. You'll
learn how to identify; monitor and manage pests in practical ways. Bob Child
is our expert in this area bringing years of experience in Integrated Pest
Management to support your learning in this area.

plus VAT. Fees include all course materials, lunch, and 3 months post course
