Dear colleagues
I'm doing some research into the use of a graffiti wall-type feature as a way to record feedback on what visitors have learnt from a particular exhibition. Visitors are invited to respond to one or more key questions by writing or drawing on the wall, usually somewhere near the exit and unmanned. Obviously the way the questions are asked will influence what kind of stuff you get back from visitors.
For anyone who has used this technique before with an exhibition, can you share any insights into which questions have brought you the most useful feedback? It would be good to also hear about any occasions when you didn't get the results you were after and why that might have been.
Happy to collate replies (anonymous if requested) and repost if it's a topic that is of interest.
Many thanks
