Whilst we all recognise that emails to the full mailing list with a simple unsubscribe request are frustrating to subscribers, responding to them will also be a source of frustration to other list members.
Steve's unsubscribe request was carried out almost immediately after it was made, so he is no longer an active list member, and therefore would not receive your reply, Phil.
Subscribers should be aware that there are three moderators/owners of LIS-PUB-LIBs, and rest assured that the removal of users from list-wide unsubscribe requests is always dealt with promptly.
Regards,
Richard Aird (LIS-PIB-LIBS Moderator)

Please forgive the gentle teasing but I find it rather funny that as the director of a mailing list, you've sent an unsubscribe request to everyone on the list (!)
