Hi Gavin,
are you sure that you're using the images output from TRANNDF? These will
have the same pixel coordinates as in the CCD_REG domain, so this
difference shouldn't matter.
If you are using the images from the REGISTER stage, then what you say
makes more sense as these two domains are different. In that case you'd
need to work out what the coordinate of the first pixel is in CCD_REG
coordinates and set that as the NDF origin. NDFTRACE reports this
coordinate.
