Hello friends and colleagues!
I hope you are doing great. For those of you who are a bit bored (highly unlikely) or those who like challenges (much more likely) I have uploaded the sets of 7 mystery bones, asking your help in their identification.
They all derive from a rock-shelter site in Cyprus. The assemblage is dominated by pygmy hippopotamus but in the past pygmy elephant (small percentage) and birds (mainly great bustard but also some anatids and smaller species such as pigeon, corvids and passerine-sized birds) were identified by other colleagues.
If you click on 'description' there is a little bit more info about each picture. Sorry that the pictures aren't great.
