Let's be quite clear, there is a fundamental distinction between censorship and the action trade unionists took during the Wapping dispute, to boycott Murdoch's titles in support of the sacked printworkers and journalists. The issue at the time was not the content of the Murdoch papers, dreadful as it was and is, but the way in which they were being produced and the tactics Murdoch used when moving production from Fleet Street to Wapping.
