Dear GEM
I am looking for examples of historic sites/buildings that provide a range
of services and functions. For instance:
1. a community centre (with rentable spaces for adult education classes:
art, language courses, flower arranging, sport and exercises classes)
2. a training centre for local authority CPD
3. a museum/exhibition/schools education programme that explores the unique
history and heritage of the building through workshops, leaflets, teachers'
packs, storytelling and actor-led sessions.
If so, how have these buildings been marketed? Have they been able to cater
for all the different audiences?
Best wishes
Lisa
