Well, Cotton Vitellius E.xii includes a pontifical owned by Ealdred, the Archbishop of York who crowned William the Conqueror.

It's not a Hereford Pontifical :-) Best guess is Wells or Exeter.

Well, Pfaff doesn't deal with pontificals, so he doesn't discuss either of these MSS :-)
