Hi Emma
I will forward your message to [log in to unmask] to see if they
can work out why this is happening. One obvious cause would be if you
are subscribed with more than email address or alias - but I guess you
would remember if you had subscribed yesterday!
If anyone else has technical issues, please feel free to contact me, or
try the Jiscmail website www.jiscmail.ac.uk as all the answers are
there, mainly in the Quick User guide

you get the idea!

Subject: double messages
Hi there,
Can anyone shed any light on why I'm getting 2 of every message posted
on
Gem? This has only happened since yesterday, and I haven't changed any
of
my settings.
Any advice gratefully received!
Thanks,
Emma.
