Subject: research help!
Hello,
I'm researching the role of women onboard merchant sailing ships during
the late nineteenth century/early twentieth century.
I remember speaking to someone, a long time ago, about a book which
tells the story of a young girl who travels onboard a sailing ship with
her mother and father (the captain?).
Does anyone recognize the story???
Thanks,
Lisa
