Hi all
We are developing a community exhibition called: 'Hair: Community Stories
from Birmingham' and are creating an events programme to go alongside it.
We are looking for a storyteller who might be able to tell some cultural
stories about hair or someone who could do a role-play session e.g. Madame
C Walker (Black American hair entrepreneur) or salon stylist etc. The
exhibition covers objects, photographs and stories from about the last 50
years.
I know these are quite exact requirements (!) but I was wondering if you
might have any suggestions of people who are good at storytelling or
roleplay / are happy to develop new things. West Midlands based woul;d be
preferable but not essentail.
Many thanks
Liz
