Dallas published a two volume "History of the Maroons" of Jamaica in
1803, so libraries or historical societies would be the place to look.
He's also the author of a novel called Percival, which is referenced in
studies of reactionary, or anti-revolutionary, literature. But we can
probably forgive him for that from this historical distance.
Time, that with this strange excuse
Pardoned Kipling and his views,
Not to mention Robert Dallas
For his defense of the Palace.
