Hi
I am building a new heritage education service from scratch and we are
currently discussing whether or not to charge schools. I am interested
in a couple of related aspects to charging or not.
If you don't charge are schools more likely to cancel at the last minute
(or worse just not show at all)?
If you do charge, how do you manage the deposit/payment process to
reduce the risk of late cancellation or no shows?
Many thanks
