Yes, it seemed like few people used this option so we removed it in
FSL4. If we get a lot of demand to put it back we can!
But yes the workaround is very straightforward - just save the
design.fsf from the GUI, and then on the command line type:
sleep 3600 ; feat design.fsf
(this will wait 1 hour before running FEAT).
