Hi,
If this is the only dataset that failed, I would try:
1 try running the siena and then siena_flow2std again from scratch
2 if that doesn't work, upload the whole siena output directory and
we'll take a look:
Please upload the files in a single compressed tarfile to
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/cgi-bin/upload.cgi
and then email me the upload ID.
