Given the recent reference to "Cradle to Cradle" by Mark on one hand and
Lubomir's remarks on what "society" needs to do on the other, I thought I
would point to this review of the book written by a lawyer and for lawyers.

It made me think of how the structure of legal norms and standards operated
by "international law" could try to service processual and relational rather
than object-focused vision of design outputs. Seems like an interesting
ground for interdisciplinary collaboration.
