I had problems like this when I was using a self-compiled version of
FSL 3.3. From what I understand the DR directory contains stuff
relating to the ITRK, the source code for which is not freely
available. When I switched over to using the pre-compiled binaries
provided on the FSL server this problem disappeared.
It could be caused by this or maybe something went wrong with your
FSL install. Have you tried downloading and reinstalling it again?
