Hi All,
Has anyone undertaken evaluation of audio intepretation in their museum? In
particular, consulting people with visual-impairements?
If you'd be prepared to share any tips, advice or methodology, it would be
much appreciated.
I am running a focus group with people with a visually impaired group to
assist me to evaluate the success (or not) of audio interpretation in number
of galleries - all delivered slighlty differently. I am unsure whether
during their tour of the museum, I should tell them that I would like their
feedback on the specific audio, or whether to leave them to it and find out
if it was interest to them?
Happy to share replies and the results.
Thanks,
Sam
