Dear colleagues,
The EU Services Directive requires a 'point of single contact' to be set
up in each member state as an information point for businesses hoping to
establish themselves abroad. The UK's DTI commissioned a report to find
out what potential customers would expect and what current provisions were
available. Colleagues involved in business information may be interested
in the report, which is available online at
http://www.berr.gov.uk/files/file40401.pdf
Best wishes
