We are in the midst of some serious re-thinking and I could do with the help
and advice of museum colleagues.
We are trying to sort out our exhibitions programme and are going right back
to basics. We want to review our audiences, plan a better and more varied
programme, ensure Insp Learning for All is at the heart of the planning
process - the list is endless!!
Can anyone help me please? I need ideas and support on this one. If anyone
could forward me ANYTHING that could help me including how you evaluate
exhibitions and how the information drives your exhibition programme, I will
be eternally grateful!
