OK before the invite is given to the SLC.
We have received thousands of pounds in incorrect payments, which our
students can view and, of course, have started asking questions about. Some
of them are duplicate payments, some are for those students who we have
confirmed are not in attendance, all I assume will in time be reclaimed
after they have caused our administrators to go grey.
I have been around for every SLC introduction, change, thought process
including the first lot of student loans way back when, and this has got to
be the worst year ever, but my absolute favourite this Session has got to
be the never ending ACR's from years back that relate to SAAS students! Do
they not think we have enough to cope with in dealing with current students
without having to go through old records (that we have to do manually
because they are so old).
