Course changes are really relevant in this. LA's that we have contacted
have informed us that they have made the course change on their systems -
this of course should automatically update the SLC.
The fundamental problem is that once the SLC 'hang or hold' a record it
takes a heck of a lot of shifting. We have quite a few students in this
sort of situation at the moment.
