In the workplace we are presented daily with issues that require robust
problem solving and decision making skills and often it can seem difficult
to know where to start in analysing the situation. This is a one day course
introducing innovative tools for problem solving, and decision making.
This course will teach you some of the best techniques for analytical
problem solving and will give you the confidence to work effectively and
efficiently with any situation you may find yourself tackling in the
workplace.

Team leaders, managers, and anyone who would like to apply effective problem
solving techniques to improve progress and performance.

Who is the Trainer?
With several years experience with two of the leading global consultancy
firms Katrina is well positioned as an accredited coach and consultant for
senior executives. She holds a degree in International Business and is a
member of CIM and CIPS. She is also a Master Practitioner of NLP, as well
as a founder member of the College of Executive Coaching and trainer on the
Diploma in Performance Coaching for Business programme at Newcastle College.
Katrina has extensive experience in both the public and private sector and
has led or been involved in major change programmes with large blue chip
global organisations. She has a special interest in work motivation,
effective team working and performance management.
