medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
In Welsh sources the term "cimiterum" is sometimes used to translate the
Welsh word llan, which appears to have a semantic range that covers both
cemetery and any church contained within it. Given the Breton context, a
similar situation might be at play here.
