Is anyone aware of any case studies where a railway
has been able to manage and enhance capacity through a
package of measures, not just one thing? For example
you'd simultaneously take care of supply side measures
such as rolling stock and signalling, but also use
demand side measures such as pricing and improved
operating discipline.
Any help appreciated
