This is excellent news, now if the MJ would do the same!
We've recently been through a review and I had to draw up a new bigger staffing structure, without extra money of course! Given the choice between creating poorly paid full time posts and properly paid part time posts, I went for the latter.
Perhaps its time for staff pay to be viewed as part of the museum accreditiation requirements, if its not up to standard then no accreditation
