I would be interested to know how labs routinely assess result comparability
between two identical chemistry analysers running in parallel and with random
allocation of patient samples. What extra steps, if any, are taken after routine
calibration and internal QC? If extra information is acquired then how is this
analysed -real time or retrospectively?
