In the Sarum calendar, a Simple feast with double Invitatory, and three
lessons at Matins if in Eastertide (which it isn't). Also Memorial of St
Urban, and middle lessons if out of Eastertide (which it is.)
Incidentally, I have solved the puzzle which caused so much angst last week:
the earliest theoretical date of Easter is 23 March, so the earliest date
for the Monday after Trinity is 19 May (St Dunstan).

He seems to have been moved (by the modern Roman Catholic church only) from
27 May, which, as Laura Sole pointed out, is St Bede's Day. He was
presumably moved to make way for Augustine of Canterbury, who has been
evicted from 26 May.
Trinity Sunday doesn't seem to have an Octave with Rulers - presumably
because of the presence (real or otherwise) of Corpus Christi, but more of
that tomorrow.
