I should have checked the Innopac list archive before sending this
message. I have found that WAM users in the US are also having a
similar problem and the answer seems to be not to use wild cards in the
forward table. So I have changed the WAM table entry to:
portal23.isiknowledge.com
I cannot test if remote access works now but as far as I can see proxy
information is not passed to the ISI server.
