I personally would have put the attributed comments of the PCT staff on the
web site. They would likely have retracted their "behind closed doors"
comments very fast.

I think that the best position to be in personally is to be free to walk
away (i.e. uunencumbered by premises ownership).
The alternative is to be a large practice owning the only suitable property
for miles around, because then they need you too much to pick a fight.
