Outreach Assistant: Universal Geometry Project
Temporary appointment, full-time for eight weeks:
Hourly rate: £8.60
The Museum of the History of Science is seeking an Outreach Assistant to
promote public interest in the outcomes of the Museum’s research project ‘A
Universal Geometry: the Astrolabe East and West’, especially the
exhibition ‘The Astrolabe, East and West’, and to organise educational
visits and other events, both at the Museum and in the community. It is
hoped that the person appointed will pay particular attention to
communication with the Muslim communities in Oxfordshire.
