It is not quite obvious but if you look carefully - and shouldn't you? - Jim
Westgard, Carmen Ricos and Callum Fraser report the TE at the 95% confidence
level. To fit the formula you are using their values need to be divided by
1,65 since a one-sided decision is supposed to be made.
