The scheduled talk by Jacqui Mackay: ‘Working conditions and poverty in
banana production’, has been cancelled, unfortunately, though a full
programme is still planned.

taxi ride may be advised.) We will be in the back in the room on the right

A reminder about our other social events:
Saturday evening meal after the conference in Sweet Mandarin for the Beat the
clock menu, your set meal (2 courses) will cost you the time you order, eg
order at 6pm, pay £6 (note there will be 2 veggie main meal options). 19
Copperas Street.
Canal-side walk finishing at the Lowry Centre, stopping for lunch. Gathering 10
am, details will be available at the conference.
