I was just trying to enter that a patient had dry hair (and skin, and feels
cold - TFTs ordered), so entered "Hair dry" into the Read keyword parser in
Vision, on to be presented with:
Z2A2 "Drying female perineal area with hair dryer"
This interestingly is a subset of Z2A "Female perineal are care procedures",
a part of the heirarchy that I did not know existed.
Firstly, has anyone ever managed to use this woderful code?
Secondly, as a naïve male, how common is this practice?
