Angel Row Gallery is a key contemporary arts venue in the centre of
Nottingham and one of the partners in an exciting new Contemporary Visual
Arts Centre Development for the City.
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and imaginative ideas to join
us and help shape the new venture in relation to learning, access and
developing new audiences. Part of Nottingham Museums & Galleries’ Learning
& Access Team, you would be responsible for planning formal and informal
learning projects to enhance and interpret the temporary exhibitions at
Angel Row Gallery. You should have professional knowledge of contemporary
visual arts and experience of working in gallery education, either
managing or delivering learning and access projects for a diverse range of
people. You’ll need to be creative and organised, with good communication
skills and a keen desire to develop audiences and widen access to visual
arts through exciting interpretation and participatory activities.
