Even though it may be a later period for your purposes, is primary vice
secondary, and discusses the Church and women from the latter's point of
view, if it's not too far out of scope, I remember "The Book of Margery
Kempe" dealt with woman and the clergy in several places. I don't remember
Mary or Eve being mentioned specifically, but Margery does give some sense
of what it was like to be a woman dealing with some of the clergy of her
time.
