I've just had a look at the nejm site to see what they say. I am amazed (but
shouldn't be by now) at how capitalist/commercial organisations, which exist
to make profit for their owners, claim to be offering 'choice' to their
customers, when in fact they offer no choice at all.
Marissa's email seems to be the general sales email, which I have sent my
