post of Education & Outreach Officer.
Education and Outreach Officer @ The National Football Museum
Salary range: £16,000 to £22,000 pa
Length of Contract: Initially to 30 June 2006
The National Football Museum seeks to explain how and why football has
become the people's game, a key part of England's heritage and way of life.
This £15 million Museum opened in February 2001 and reached the final
shortlist for the European Museum of the Year Award 2003.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting and enthusiastic
individual to join our team as Education and Outreach Officer. You should
have experience of education and outreach work in museums or another
relevant field.
Proposals for job shares and other forms of flexible working will be
considered.
The Museum is an independent charitable trust and has achieved national
registration status with Resource, the Government body for promoting
standards in museums.
