We are attempting a review of "On call" work.
For some time now its been less of an "on call" period but more of
another shift in the laboratory day. Is on-call necessary? Could the
laboratory shut at 17:25 and not do any tests until the next morning?
Has "On-call" ever been shown to be of any benefit?
Regards
Craig
