Dear Colleague
Can any one guide about this problem?
What strategy should be adopted for measurements of cholestrol in grossly
lipaemic samples on autoanalysers. We are facing difficulty in reporting
samples from patients having triglycerides more than 4000 mg/dl and
cholestrol comes upto be 600 to 700 mg/dl.
What measures should be adopted to get rid off interference form liapemic
samples of chylomicrons and high Tg levels for reporting exact choletsrol
levels.
