In a review by Dermot McGovern: "Thiopurine therapy: when to start and
when to stop" Eur J Gastroenterology and hepatology 2003;15:219-23, it
suggests 6TG levels have a role in assessing non-responders from active
Crohn's cases put on azathioprine. Those with lower levels might repond
to a higher dose.
Is anyone aware of a diagnostic service ?
