It is said that a proposal to build an additional reservoir was being
discussed by a local authority council as a means of tackling future
droughts. A elected representative is said to have asked "why are we
proposing to build another reservoir? We don't have enough water now to
fill the one we've got".

Well, things have certainly taken a turn. I remember
the "Gruddian" being (in)famous for its own
transcription errors!!!
I live in Valencia, Spain, currently 35C + humid,which
is the norm for about 3 months of the year,and all the
hospitals, clinics and GP surgeries I have visited
have air conditioning installed, in waiting areas, in
consulting rooms,wards,laboratories and even in the
kitchens.
